(3-1-4) |
|
MATH
001 is the first of a two-sequence program designed to provide
the student with the essential mathematical skills and knowledge
to pursue more advanced courses in math and science, such as
Calculus. Emphasis is placed on equations and inequalities,
functions (linear, polynomial, rational), and graphing
techniques. The student will begin by solving equations;
inequalities and systems of equations and inequalities, then
advance to functions, zeros of functions, and graphs of
functions. |
