Student's Evaluation at the end of the Program

• Student performance will be evaluated at the end of the preparatory year to determine those who have fulfilled the program requirements.
• The student’s performance in this year will not be counted in determining the cumulative GPA. However, the grades of all courses completed will be recorded in the transcript.
• Evaluation takes place as follows:

• Full completion of the preparatory program

The student would be accepted in the associate program if he successfully completes all the preparatory year courses with a minimum letter grade C in all the English and Math courses.   

• Dismissal from the Preparatory Year Program

The student will be dismissed from the program if he earns the grade F, DN, or WF twice in the same English or mathematics course, or fails to complete all the preparatory year courses within three regular semesters. [The program is normally completed in two semesters].
