WELCOME TO HBCC REGISTRAR OFFICE

The Office of the College Registrar provides academic support services to the academic programs of the college. It serves as the custodian of student academic records, coordinates course enrollment and registration, and manages the student information. In addition, the office administers all student registrations, processes changes of course registration, publishes final examination schedules, issues transcripts and certifies to the faculty those students eligible for graduation.
